Benedikt Erlingsson directs this drama set in rural Iceland and starring Halldora Geirhar?sdottir. Eco-activist Halla (Geirhar?sdottir) attempts to stop the expansion of an aluminium plant from causing more environmental degradation to her native home. However, when a long forgotten application to adopt a child is approved and she has a potential match, Halla must consider if her radical ideals are befitting for a new mother.
