Improving posture is not only to avoid back and neck pain. It can make you look slimmer, more attractive and it is a real reflection to the outside world of how we see ourselves. It improves breathing, circulation which can result in less cellulite as well as better overall functioning of the body. Ultimately though, having better posture, strength and mobility will not only reduce your risks of back or neck pain later in life, but will give you a renewed confidence and poise.
