American comedy sequel to 'Beethoven' (1992) in which a dog owner named George Newton (Charles Grodin) is appalled to discover that Beethoven, the pet St Bernard, has found himself a canine girlfriend, Missy, and the two have had a litter of puppies in the basement of their family home. The love-struck couple have produced four lovable pups - Tchaikovsky, Chubby, Dolly and Mo - and the Newton family take to them immediately. Problems arise, however, when Missy's evil owner Regina (Debi Mazar) decides to use the dogs as pawns in one of her wretched schemes.
