French comedy about a group of middle-aged friends. 50-year-old Antoine (Lambert Wilson) suffers from a heart attack, despite having led a careful existence with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Since it doesn't seem to have made any difference, Antoine decides to throw caution to the wind and uses a vacation with his pals as the perfect opportunity to eat, drink and do whatever he wants. This inevitably causes friction within the group of friends, who each have problems of their own.
