A mischievous boy and his equally mischievous dog wreak havoc in this French family comedy based on Jean Roba's popular comic books. Living in the countryside with his parents (Franck Dubosc and Marina Foïs) in the 1970s, enfant terrible Boule (Charles Crombez) learns that his father has decided to relocate the family to a dingy high-rise in the suburbs of Paris because of his job. To soften the blow, Boule is entrusted with looking after calamity-prone English Cocker Spaniel Bill (voice of Manu Payet), a gift from his mother. The act of kindness quickly threatens to backfire when the nerve-shredded parents find themselves under siege from Boule and Bill's riotous antics...
