Feature-length spin-off of the 'Fred' video shorts originally posted on the website YouTube. Lucas Cruikshank, creator and star of the original videos, reprises his role as Fred Figglehorn, who has now grown into a hyperactive 15-year-old. When Fred hears that the girl of his dreams, Judy (Pixie Lott), is moving house, he embarks on a misguided cross-country road trip to track her down. Along the way he negotiates the attentions of neighbourhood bully Kevin (Jake Weary) and cooks up an elaborate scheme with his only friend, goth girl Bertha (Jeannette McCready), to increase his popularity.
