Sci-fi thriller set in a futuristic world in which scientists are able to reconfigure DNA to prevent disease and eliminate destructive genes. However, a renegade band of scientists known as the DNA Hackers are using the new technology with less honourable intent: they hack into people's bodies to kill them. Michelle (Bai Ling) is an assassin whose mission is to take out these gangster hackers. But when her brother Jackie (Perry Shen) becomes involved in the criminal underground, Michelle's loyalties are sorely divided, and she soon finds herself fighting not just for her own flesh and blood but for the survival of humankind.
