Renowned for his bravery, major Arjun Singh (Shahrukh Khan) ranks among the elite group of officers in the armed forces. He falls in love with Geeta (Sridevi) a lawyer, and they soon tie the knot. Arjun Singh has a unique sense of humour and pretends to be dead on a number of occasions! Geeta hates this prank which one day becomes a reality when he is assassinated by a terrorist gang. She assembles a group of men who will be her Army and carry out her revenge.
