Roger Corman directs this classic horror adapted from the story by Edgar Allan Poe. The film follows Guy Carrell (Ray Milland), a man with a crippling fear of death and being buried alive. His fear causes him to be in a constant state of paranoia and dread which threatens his relationship with his new wife Emily (Hazel Court).
