'The Sunshine Painters' was a name used to describe a group of artists who lived or worked in Lamorna Cove in Cornwall in the early years of the 20th century. An offshoot of the Newlyn school of painters working a few miles along the Cornish coast, this loose-knit 'colony' of artists centred on S. J.
