From Sam Raimi's Ghost House Underground comes this tale of Jake Sawyer (Jason Behr of THE GRUDGE and DRAGON WARS), a young artist who becomes obsessed with learning tatau, the Samoan tradition of tattooing, and gets more than he bargained for. After finding a mysterious ancient tattooing tool at an expo in Singapore, Jake unwittingly releases a vicious spirit. Now he must struggle to save his new love Sina (Mia Blake) and his own soul in this terrifying yarn located in the realm of Western mysticism. Co-penned by Jonathan King, writer-director of the berserk horror-comedy hit BLACK SHEEP (2006), THE TATTOOIST is a great time for any horror fan.

Supernatural thriller starring Jason Behr ('The Grudge', 'Skinwalkers'). Jake Sawyer (Behr) is an American tattoo artist, a jaded, cynical outsider who wanders the globe, looking for ethnic themes to exploit for use in his own designs. When, on a reckless impulse, he steals an ancient Samoan tattooing tool, Jake unwittingly unleashes a powerful, vengeful ghost. Soon everyone he tattoos becomes taken over by this malevolent spirit, including his lover Victoria (Caroline Cheong). Realising his guilt, Jake embarks on a perilous journey to try and save the life of the woman he loves while, in the process, hoping to recover his own soul.
