Following the success of the first DVD Peter Consterdine and Brian Seabright set out to catalogue as many of the training drills as they could. Their collaboration has produced more than 30 drills: pressure work; high intensity shield work; more focus pad drills; kicking and punching 'shuttle' drills and general muscle stamina exercises as shown and explained in detail.
