It is the Swingin' Sixties and Timothy Bartlett (Norman Wisdom) is a middle-aged, timid banker whose lot has blessed him with a hum-drum, uneventful married life with children. Having to attend the bank's conference at a seaside resort, Timothy drives there and picks up two attractive, teenage, hitchhikers on the way.
