Paris 1957. Aged 21 the young and extremely talented Yves Saint Laurent has been unexpectedly called upon to oversee the great fashion house established by the recently deceased Christian Dior. During this highly successful and ground-breaking show Yves meets his future partner Pierre Bergé with whom he creates the Yves Saint Laurent Company one of the finest and most famous brands in fashion and luxury. Despite his own doubts and demons Yves Saint Laurent managed to challenge tradition and turn the sleepy world of fashion upside down.
