| RRP The final series of this brilliant comedy satire saw the return of the satellite TV station with all-too-many Mikes and Annas and a selection of low-budget tragically-presented slightly familiar shows. The KYTV team was brimming with comedy talent: Angus Deayton was great as Mike Channel the station's ""imploding"" personality; Geoffrey Perkins played the smarmy Mike Flex; Michael Fenton Stevens was the inept Martin Brown and Helen Atkinson Wood splendidly irritated as the Anneka Rice-like Anna Daptor - these performances were capped by Philip Pope's brilliantly parodied pop hits. The third series produced many of the show's memorable moments including a documentary about the making of the play David Chizzlenut (loosely based on an idea by Charles Dickens); a journey back to the sexciting Sixties with the help of Kenneth Wolstenholme and the Fabulous Fourpenny Ones; Fly on the Walls where the team goes to Gravesend to live with an ordinary family (the Walls) for a year and the memorable holiday parody Get Away with You! LAKHON KI BAAT: Freelance photographer Alok Prakash whilst photographing a womens' hockey match is hit by the puck and ends up in hospital.His brother-in-law a lawyer called Prem Sagar decides to capitalise on this accident.

| RRP Destiny Rides Again (Dir. George Marshall 1939): Destiny Rides Again will forever be remembered for Marlene Dietrich's performance as Frenchy a crooked saloon waitress with a heart of gold. Her rendition of ""See What the Boys in the Back Room Will Have"" is one of the highlights of her career. But Destiny Rides Again has much more to offer than just Dietrich's performance. This hilarious satire carries Jimmy Stewart in the lead as Tom Destry a supposedly tough law enforcement man who doesn't like guns. Stewart's comic touches are brilliant as he eagerly gives out educational anecdotes anytime an opportunity affords itself. The plot concerns the efforts of a saloon owner and a corrupt Mayor to rob the local cowpokes blind. Frenchy's on the payroll of the bad guys but when sparks fly between her and Destry her loyalty becomes a deciding factor in whether it's Destry or the bad guys who will ride off into the sunset. A Foreign Affair (Dir. Billy Wilder 1948): A congressional committee visits occupied Berlin to investigate G.I. morals. Congresswoman Phoebe Frost appalled at widespread evidence of human frailty hears rumors that cafe singer Erika former mistress of a wanted war criminal is ""protected"" by an American officer and enlists Captain John Pringle to help her find him...not knowing that Pringle is Erika's lover.

| RRP Corbett was cast as Timothy Lumsden a 41-year-old librarian (ageing eventually to 48) still tied to his mother's apron strings. Timothy was a smart enough chap witty and bright although his discomfort with women often caused him to blush stammer and blurt out stupid things in their presence. This awkwardness owed to the overpowering influence of his mother Phyllis a scheming spiteful harridan determined to undermine her son's confidence and to keep him firmly under her thumb. Phyllis Lumsden was truly a monstrous creation so hideous that it was difficult to feel too much sympathy for anyone prepared to hang around such a Gorgon especially as Timothy seemed to discount matricide as a suitable solution to his problems. His father Sidney suffered similarly and often joined Timothy in silent defiance of Phyllis but she usually managed to crush their resistance as would a steamroller.
