When the draw was made for the Euro 2008 qualification campaign there seemed little hope for the Scots as they had been paired with the might of France Italy and the Ukraine. However what was to transpire was a campaign of determination courage and unity which saw the Scots beat France and go into the final game against Italy still with a chance of progressing to the finals. Whislt England - and their supporters - were enduring a torrid campaign the Scots showed what the true definition of a team is restored pride and gave them great hope for the future.

The incredible story of the Irish 'Rocky' who fought his way back against all the odds to become one of boxing's greatest heroes ! As a young Heavyweight Joe left Ireland to join Mike Tyson in Cus D'Amato's legendary training camp in the Catskill Mountains and became one of his greatest friends. Iron Mike labelled Joe 'The Toughest white Man on the Planet' because he couldn't put him down - neither could Lennox Lewis. With his heavyweight career tragically ended in a serious road accident Joe's life spiralled into decline - he was shot in a gun battle with gangsters and later charged with attempted murder before finally serving time in prison. Back on the streets again Joe put his life back together and at the age of 38 returned to the ring in triumph ! This is the story of one man's battle against adversity and how he wouldn't give up his fight to be recognised as one of The Toughest Men On The Planet!

New Zealand known as the 'Land of the Long White Cloud' is the top trout fishing destination in the world. Rex finds abundant rainbow trout in the gorgeous scenery of the Tongariro River and enjoys a freshly prepared trout cooked in the sand at Hot Water Beach. We catch yellowtail kingfish and take part in the measure and tagging programme as well as learning about the art of 'jigging for trout'. We finish by swimming with dolphins in the Bay of Plenty. Changing location to Australia we then visit the coastal fishing town of Albany 400 kms south-east of Perth. Albany was a thriving whaling town and we see archive footage of the industry that was closed down in 1978. The old whaling station is now the sight of Whale World the largest whale museum in the world. Out in the big swells of Frenchman's Bay we join local fishermen as they catch pilchards which are packed into boxes right on their boat. Rex and his team then set about catching southern blue fin and striped tuna and make an outing further east to Esperence home to the red snapper and where a massive cuttlefish devours Rex's sergeant baker.
